Support may relate to the Canton Fair, Hong Kong trade fairs, Shanghai exhibitions or factory meetings connected to a specific requirement. TL is not represented as an official partner of those events.
Prepare a brief that can guide the meetings
Bring the intended use, quantities, reference images, drawings and key specifications. Decide which questions need to be answered during the visit and which products are only being explored. This helps keep a busy exhibition from becoming a collection of unrelated contacts.
For factory discussions, identify the processes and products you need to see. A supplier’s exhibition display may not show the manufacturing location or all of the facilities relevant to your order.
Keep the follow-up as part of the scope
Record supplier details, products discussed and actions agreed. Quotation clarification, sample requests and factory questions often remain open after the visit. A meeting is valuable when the next steps are clear and someone is following them through.
