Shipping policy
Delivery & Logistics
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Delivery is planned for the particular project. Manufacturing, international freight and delivery requirements are confirmed through the quotation and order documents, rather than a standard online-store dispatch promise.
Agreed delivery arrangements
The quotation should identify the delivery destination, freight method, included services and exclusions. Air freight, sea freight, consolidation and local delivery depend on the scope. An Incoterm, including EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, applies only where expressly agreed with its named place and version. No single Incoterm applies to all TL projects.
Charges and responsibilities
Confirm who arranges and pays for international freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, GST, port charges, local transport, storage, container detention and demurrage. The accepted quotation or contract sets the allocation. Additional costs or changes must be handled under that agreement; this policy does not create an unrestricted right to increase an agreed price.
Lead times
Manufacturing time and shipping time are separate estimates unless a firm commitment is expressly agreed. Timing can depend on final drawings, sample approvals, payment milestones, supplier capacity, testing, Chinese holidays and factory shutdowns, freight schedules, port congestion and customs or biosecurity clearance.
We will communicate material delays we become aware of and discuss practical options. Events outside reasonable control do not remove obligations to take reasonable mitigating steps or any rights available under the contract or law.
Site access and unloading
The client should disclose delivery restrictions, access limits, lifting or unloading requirements and site readiness before dispatch. Installation, utility connections, commissioning, training and specialist handling are included only if stated in the agreed scope. Any rescheduling or storage costs must reflect the agreed allocation and reasonable costs incurred.
Risk, title and insurance
Risk transfer follows the accepted quotation, agreed Incoterm and contract, subject to law. Title is a separate matter and follows the applicable contract. Confirm the insurance arrangements and any exclusions before dispatch; freight coordination alone does not mean all-risk insurance is included.
Receiving goods
Check the delivery against the available documents, record visible damage where possible and notify us promptly of shortages or damage. See Cancellations, Returns & Claims for the assessment process. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights or remedies.
