These terms concern use of the TL Enterprises website, operated by TL Enterprises (WA) Pty Ltd (ABN 82 636 886 658), trading as TL Enterprises. They are separate from the commercial terms agreed for a sourcing or supply project.
Website purpose and project information
This website provides general information about our sourcing, procurement and project supply capabilities. Its content is not a quotation, an automatic offer to supply, or a commitment to supply a particular product. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order.
Specifications, quantities, availability, technical requirements, prices and lead times vary by project and may change. Confirm the current requirements with our team. Supply is subject to the quotation, scope and agreement accepted for that project, including any Terms & Conditions of Trade expressly incorporated into it.
Case studies and historical projects
Case studies describe project-specific work undertaken at the time stated or described. A sourcing study may describe assessment or development work rather than a completed supply. Images may illustrate previous work and do not identify a standard product currently available for sale.
Specifications, quantities, requirements, pricing, timelines and outcomes differ between projects. Past work does not guarantee the same specification, commercial outcome or result for another client or future project. Historical case studies do not represent a client’s current trading status or imply an ongoing relationship, endorsement or current project.
Intellectual property
Website text, layouts, photographs and other material are owned by TL or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated. You may view and retain reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis. Client and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not grant a licence to use them.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or submit misleading information. Do not send confidential third-party material unless you are authorised to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
