Our Shanghai sourcing team delivered two consecutive large-volume Porsche New Year gifting programs: a custom whisky gift set in 2023 and a custom travel wallet / organiser in 2024. The programs combined design development, sampling, different material categories, multiple production processes, packaging, large-volume manufacturing and detailed quality control.
That experience supports corporate and seasonal sourcing today: define the brief, develop and approve samples, coordinate suppliers and production, and follow the details through to packaging and delivery.
