An ongoing retail supply relationship
Project Overview
TL Enterprises supports a Western Australian regional electronics retailer with an ongoing custom audio sourcing program. The relationship involves recurring annual orders across multiple product formats, with products supplied for the customer’s retail business.
The brief extends beyond finding one speaker. It brings together product selection, customer branding, packaging and production coordination to support a range that can be reordered consistently over time.
The retail brief
The Requirement
The retailer needed different audio product formats and sizes, with customer branding and presentation suitable for its retail business. Annual repeat orders also required product details, branding and packaging to be carried through from one production batch to the next.

A range-led sourcing brief
Building a Product Range, Not a Single SKU
The range brings together different speaker sizes and cabinet formats, including smaller portable products and larger audio formats. Each format responds to a different part of the retailer’s product requirements.
TL works across product options rather than treating the brief as one fixed model. Product selection and configuration are coordinated alongside customer branding and packaging, so the sourcing scope can respond as the retailer’s requirements evolve.
This approach supports an ongoing branded range, with repeat products and new formats reviewed within the same supply relationship.
Customer-facing presentation
Customer Branding & Product Presentation
Empire Bass branding is applied to products and cartons within this supply program. TL coordinates the customer’s branding requirements as part of product and packaging development, helping the range retain a consistent presentation for the retail market.
Branding and packaging are part of the sourcing brief alongside the product itself. Repeat orders require those presentation details to be communicated and followed through again, rather than recreated from an incomplete first-order reference.
From first order to repeat production
Production & Repeat Supply
Annual repeat orders require continuing supplier communication and production follow-up. TL coordinates product references, branding repeatability, packaging, batch production and pre-shipment preparation around the agreed order requirements.
The production and packing photographs show customer-branded cartons and products prepared in batch quantities. They illustrate the practical work behind recurring supply: bringing product selection, branding and packed stock together for the next retail order.

China-based coordination. Australian requirements.
Supporting a Regional WA Retail Business
The customer operates in regional Western Australia. TL connects the retailer’s requirements with China-based supplier coordination, supporting sourcing, manufacturing communication and repeat-order follow-up through one ongoing relationship.
The same relationship can support the next annual order and a changing product brief. Earlier requirements provide a reference for repeat supply, while new formats are reviewed around the customer’s current retail needs.
